Tropical & fruity, with notes of mango, pineapple, apricot, peach, and a touch of green herbaceousness (tomato leaf). The ascolano is a great California EVOO, and one you can use every day, in all applications with it's mild smooth flavor. This hand-harvest ascolano olive oil will excel drizzled over pasta, green salads, or your favorite Bruschetta. A mild to medium olive oil.
