At Olivaia, they carefully select some of their historic ‘Queens’ to produce a majestic extra virgin olive oil that is rare, delicate, and as unique as the olive it is made from. With tasting notes of green almonds, grass, and herbaceous green apples, OLA Sevillano offers you a delicate extra virgin oil for salads, steamed vegetables, or even your morning toast or bagels!
