Bondolio Olio Nuovo - 500 ml (organic)

A limited offering of the first crush of the 2022 olive oil season. This well-balanced olio nuovo is of medium intensity with lively notes of wheat grass, green herbs and a lingering tease of black pepper in the finish.

This organic extra virgin olive oil shines in simple preparations—drizzle over seared steak, serve atop cannellini beans, add a flourish to vegetable soup or pour abundantly over grilled bread rubbed with raw garlic.  Best to enjoy by April 2023.
